STEEL FRAMING PINS
AKN-100 series pins are designed specially for the Model 500 tool to attach plywood, oriented strand board (OSB) and fiber cement siding to light gauge steel from 14ga to 22ga. These pins are finished with Aericote® 1000 coating which provides ten times the corrosion protection of electroplated zinc. Unlike wire collation, the plastic coil collation eliminates finish burn-through which initiates corrosion.
