STEEL FRAMING PINS
AKN-100-XXXXNA series pins are designed specially for the Model 500 tool to attach plywood, oriented strand board (OSB) and fiber cement siding to light gauge steel from 68 mil (14ga) to 27mil (22ga). These pins are finished with Aericote® 1000 coating which provides ten times the corrosion protection of electroplated zinc. Unlike wire collation, the plastic coil collation eliminates finish burn-through which initiates corrosion.

Stuccofast pins and washers were developed to securely fasten stucco lath and insulation to light gauge steel. AKN-100 series pins and galvanized steel or plastic washers are supplied in combination for use with the ET&F Model 500M tool. Multiple pin lengths provide fastening solutions for most popular insulation thicknesses. Other washer styles are available upon request.
